Our plans are billed monthly or annually. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are non‑refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Our platform integrates with Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram) and other third‑party services. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or downtime of third‑party providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TextBuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold TextBuddy harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via your dashboard or by contacting support.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of London, UK.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
